This company has absolutely no regard for customers, my package didn't arrive and and contacted the seller. The seller did not apologise and blamed royal mail. It's funny the day I explained my parcel hadn't arrived on time all of a sudden and it had been dispatched. I expressed my disappointment with the seller and a told them I would shop with them again . The response I got was ' well we wouldn't do business with you again as ur a difficult customer and that other businesses wouldn't me.

We do have the highest regard for our customers, proven by the only negative review on this account being from you. What you tried to do was abundantly clear - abuse eBay's guarantees to keep the item while paying nothing. As a business with integrity, we don't take theft lightly.We proved the parcel was dispatched on-time with RM's tracking. We did apologise for the delay, but yes, we did blame Royal Mail for the delay as the parcel was dispatched timely (as shown very clearly by tracking).
