The seller did not apologise and blamed royal mail. It's funny the day I explained my parcel hadn't arrived on time all of a sudden and it had been dispatched. I expressed my disappointment with the seller and a told them I would shop with them again . We did apologise for the delay, but yes, we did blame Royal Mail for the delay as the parcel was dispatched timely (as shown very clearly by tracking).
