About us

Back in 2014, with the cost of living creeping up and environmental issues due to us becoming a “throw away” society and impacts on climate change, we we set out with two goals. The first, find a way to offer our customers a cheaper more affordable alternate to “brand new” appliances and the second, to contribute to climate change by helping our environment.

With these goals in mind, we worked closely with the environmental agency and opened a fully licensed and compliant domestic appliance refurbishment centre. This has since allowed us to not only help the environment but to also offer our customers a cheaper / greener option of household appliances. We are specialists in Graded, 28 day returns and Refurbished appliances, why pay more?!

    Item arrived promptly. It was well packed and the guarantee and receipt were contained in the box along with the OEM protective packaging. Although the item had been used, it was in a very good condition and it had clearly been thoroughly cleaned and a PAT (Pass) label was affixed. No handbook or instructions were provided in the box but these were easily downloaded from the Beko website. The product worked straight out of the box and the results (the drinks it now makes) are great!

    In all my years of eBay purchasing, this item was the worst packaged. A £100 item in a flimsy card box and a bin bag, arriving torn and exposed. A miracle it works really! No response from the seller to my complaint.

    Disgusting company, say it’s “new other” then send a different model that’s between around 10 years old. It’s not graded it’s been used for years and is falling apart. Won’t even turn on. They sting everyone for the delivery by asking for cash on delivery so eBay don’t charge them fees and eBay can’t refund your delivery costs when they send you complete rubbish. See Google and trust pilot they scam everyone. Shocking reviews all around. Doubt they are even qualified to refurbish! Scam
