The shipping took a little longer than expected. However, the seller did keep me informed. That's a package. Had been mislocated due to the Post Office, which I cannot hold them accountable for and they also told me that if it was not located within a week and I wanted a refund, they would give that to me, or if I wanted the items they would send out another so they get me in the loop and I finally received my item. And it was, I was described. Thank you.

I ordered the peel and it showed delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere on our property. I was so nervous that it had been stolen. Anyway, I contacted the seller and they were so quick to respond and even made suggestions on how I could track/recover the package. Eventually, I was able to find it but I was very impressed with the level of responsiveness from the seller on this matter.
