Unbelievable customer service. Overpriced tracked24 (£7.95) paid for so we would receive as quick as they offer. Item sent with tracked48 so arrived a few days later. I politely asked for a postage refund as they made a mistake, ended up with £3 refund, not sure why, but they wouldn't pay the full amount. Ridiculous when they made the mistake. Be wary of their practices. I could go further and get eBay or chargeback but just easier to cut losses and not use this company again.

This was a mistake on our part which we apologised for. The customer paid for tracked 24 and we sent it tracked 48 which was despatched on a Friday night and was delivered at 10:32 Monday morning. We refunded the difference between T24 and T48. Tracked 24 is a next working day delivery which would have been Monday so was received in the time scale anyway.
