Just as the seller stated, it runs just the way I want it to. It will be a perfect 'back-up' mixer, a bargain for the cost.     Not sure how to rate this. Seller shipped immediately, so that's positive. However, when I opened the package, there were only 3 guards:( The item is listed as new, so it's supposed to have 4 guards 2 sizes. Oh well. Price was great and will not waste time shipping back because of 1 missing guard.
