  I had an issue with delivery (ordered 2 and only received 1), however I believe this was a courier issue rather than Plastic bits 2 U (original package was within a grey bag which I think was repacked by Everi). As soon as I reported this a new handle was sent immediately so very quickly resolved with no drama. Very pleased, good price & good service.
