This item was received better than described. This amplifier is essentially brand new. And the seller packaged it in a way that it couldn’t possibly get injured, even with the rough handling that these packages typically get. And he labeled all of the tubes perfectly. Truly made my life easy. Unbelievable seller. I would recommend this person without any reservation. Best eBay experience I have had yet.

Great seller had a issue at first where some of the cards were missing but seller was quick to respond and fix the issue by sending me what I was missing and some extras. WARNING! When I received my spool the side of it was smashed/cracked. And the winding of the spool is now crossed because of this, which is causing horrific feeding issues. The spool also has oxidization on the outside. Seller said he would give a partial credit but waited two weeks till the product was well out of the 30 day return window and never refunded me.

yes i did say i would credit $15 when buyer said he just recieved order and he stated post office mishandled < then i found out this order was recieved almost 2 months previous so thats a strait out lie / he had my product that long before his complaint Noone does business that way L i won the case with ebay so i will now call them to remove this complaint
