    This sign is described as engraved however when it arrived I was so disappointed, the sign was not engraved (it’s laser printed at best), the wood was wafer thin, and on returning the item the seller refused to cover my postage. I believe under the terms of the UK Distance Selling regulations if the item is not as described the seller is liable to pay the return cost. The item was received by the seller on Wednesday 20th November and I had to chase up the refund on Monday 25th. Very poor 😡😡😡
