Although this arrived in good time - I decided to put it together ahead of the big day (as four year olds can be impatient) and found one small but vital piece missing.
I messaged immediately with photos and full description, hoping the missing piece would be supplied and I have had no response which is a real concern.
Apparently, I cannot leave negative feedback for 7 days, but we are cutting it fine for the Christmas deadline by then!

SO disappointed by the experience! Item arrived in good time but in a flimsy box that was too big and had absolutely NO protective packaging inside. Postage box was very squashed on arrival with the inner display package slightly damaged. Sold as a collector's item so display packaging matters! It's a gift too! Messaged seller (OFFICIAL SELLER!) but NO answer. This is just NOT good enough. Will try opening a dispute and hope for some response. Appalling service.

Item wasn't wrapped, the courier label was stuck direct to the box which is a shame as it spoilt the box and when it was delivered by the courier the item which was part of my sons Christmas present was seen by my young son spoiling the surprise.The item itself was as described,just a shame a little more thought wasn't given to wrapping for delivery.
