So far, I only tried 1 of the 3 P-ch power MOSFETS (VISHAY SUP90P06-09L) bought, but it worked very well with low enough static rDS(ON) (@ Idrain = 3.7 A and VGS 16 V) to not need a heat sink (although pic shows one). The packaging was extraordinarily superb: the MOSFETS were well protected from both shipping damage and ESD. Estimated delivery range, Thurs-Fri, was spot on. Package arrived on Fri. They even included a small baggie of Tootsie Rolls and hard candy! Amazing customer service!
