I did NOT like anything about this product. I was actually sent TWO of these items, cause the seller REFUSED to honor the refund policy and return my product when i told them that it had failed right out of the box. I was given ridiculous offers of partial refund for items THAT DIDN"T WORK! Why would I pay ANY thing for a defective item. I've had these heaters before, and this sellers seemed EXTRA cheap out of all that I've seen. DO NOT BUY from this seller....you'll regret it.

Arrived on time, packaging was good. Definitely check your whole unit over mine had several loose or missing clamps. And then the fuel pump leaked within the first hour of use. I did message the seller and they were able to happily send me the cost of the fuel pump so I could get one. Was typically a but of a delay with messages nothing to extreme though.

I have not yet actually tested this Diesel Heater but see no reason it will not work like the others. It was delivered with a couple parts missing but the seller took care of the issue right away and refunded me enough money to get the missing parts which I ordered. I think the seller was honest and fair with me as a customer and I would not hesitate to buy from again

They only respond around midnight and their english is horrid. They are NOT in the USA. They sent the wrong items and contact with them takes forever. They refuse to send me a return shipping label instead insisting that I pay for return shipping on not only the wrong item but the second box was floor mats when I ordered two of the heaters with LCD panel. Do NOT purchase from this seller, very poor e-bay seller

Excellent value on a diesel-fired heater! Fast shipping! Great communication and customer service. You do have to get your own 12 V battery to power the heater which I bought separately and the instruction manual and unit display are very hard to understand. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend this seller! A+++
