The seller was very kind when I messaged with a question as well. My dvd was in brand new condition just as the description said. This steelbook dvd was also sold at a very affordable price unlike some of the other copies being sold which is very heartwarming. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend this shop!

  Item arrived well packed and in great shape. Unfortunately, the USPS seems to have lost the package for the better part of a week, delivering it a week later than originally communicated. Out of the seller’s control, and not their fault. Seller communicated promptly and was willing to offer a replacement, which is no longer needed. Would purchase from them again!
