  The bible has arrived well before estimated delivery time and other to a little tear in the packaging, in good order. I assumed from the pictures that it came in a box cover, however, it was unboxed when I received it. This isn’t an issue as the leather cover is in lovely condition and has been well looked after. It was sold at a very generous price including shipping. The seller was very helpful and quick to reply to questions and I would recommend them. Thank you

  Although the description details were misleading, the customer support was rather good. I ordered the 2-volume set of ‘Atlas Shrugged’, but received a single volume. It might not seem like much to others, but it’s a large book and a 2-set volume would have made it easier to read. In addition, poor packaging damaged the DJ. Anyways, after sending firm, yet precise and polite emails, the situation was promptly resolved, hence the positive feedback; and, why I would buy again from the seller. 👍

  Often sellers who have sold thousands of books don't care about editions. They use a stock image and eBay auto-fills the details - you rarely get what you think you are buying. I asked the seller to confirm the edition and was reassured that "...Our books are listed as per ISBN..." The listing quoted a long delivery time (about 6 weeks), as it was shipping across the Atlantic I was ok with this. Happy to confirm: Great comms, as described and arrived in very good time (9 days from ordering).

  Book as specified, rapid delivery (from USA to UK), and a reasonable price for the book. Overall, my book arrived in "ok quality" packaging. A padded "book mailer" envelope was used. However, inside, there was no other protective packaging. One small point of constructive feedback: perhaps cardboard packaging could have been implemented, as a number of competing book sellers are now implementing cardboard packaging, especially for higher price books subject to international delivery.

  Seller is actually purchasing stuff from amazon.com in the US and then forwarding, so the packaging depends on the actual seller in the US, but in both cases the item was as described and survived the trip intact. Response to a question was good, helpful and accurate, which pleased me.
