    Item is perfect and brand new as described. The company dispatched it as soon as they could. Sadly Royal let me down with 5 days delivery instead of 2/3 but that is purely on Royal Mail. I did as a just in case go out and buy the same product from Screwfix for £600 and I can confirm it was exactly the same as this one. Same box, seal etc so a very good price from this company.

    Wouldn’t recommend this seller at all, arrived and the box, sink, paper work and fixtures all covered in mould. This arrived on next day delivery and was in this state so was sent like it. Don’t appreciate paying £200 covered in black mould. Seller ignored when tried to contact. Wouldn’t purchase again

    I ordered the wrong item , I thought it was the front panel I was ordering but instead I’d ordered the side panel , however I emailed the company as soon as I realised my mistake but unfortunately it was to late to cancel but the company then emailed me back and told me to refuse delivery and once they received the item back I would get a refund , Excellent customer service

    The seller sent wrong size shower tray first however when I informed them they apologised and sent the correct shower tray the very next day and took the wrong item with tem. Great customer service. I bought Mira shower tray at a very reasonable price. Happy with my purchase. Thanks.
