    Item is perfect and brand new as described. The company dispatched it as soon as they could. Sadly Royal let me down with 5 days delivery instead of 2/3 but that is purely on Royal Mail. I did as a just in case go out and buy the same product from Screwfix for £600 and I can confirm it was exactly the same as this one. Same box, seal etc so a very good price from this company.

    Wouldn’t recommend this seller at all, arrived and the box, sink, paper work and fixtures all covered in mould. This arrived on next day delivery and was in this state so was sent like it. Don’t appreciate paying £200 covered in black mould. Seller ignored when tried to contact. Wouldn’t purchase again

    Everything product wise is good , quality is good, items as described, good value. My only issue was the delivery. It was not cleared when I bought that this was going to be left in the street. The driver was nice and helped bringing the bath into the building. The comment "For large pallet deliveries, please note that these are curbside deliveries and cannot be brought to your door" I didnt know this was a large pallet.
