They called 1-2 days later and offered another drive (better brand, same specs). They asked if I wanted to refund or take this drive. Same price so 👍 Shipping was quick! I spent all day trying to get the drive to work, I thought it was DOA. I found a thing with shucked WD drives that you need to block power on pin 3. Now it's working perfectly.
