    Seller refunded, but wasted time and sent tracking for an item that never arrived or was likely not sent. Not happy with the initial service and responses, tone of their response was not good either, always just wait and it will take 7 days like we said. My making clear their response and time lines were not acceptable led to a refund with out them speaking. Seemed a way of just getting rid of me as not a high value sale, Would never use these guys again

    Waste of tim claim UK fast delivery 10 days of waiting it's Chinese product sent from china god knows how long after delivery date was up they told me to wait another 7 days. If I wanted something delivered from china I would order it from then for half the price. Don't waste people's time with incorrect information

    The main photo uses a large ROYAL MAIL logo with the words “fast and free”. But the seller in fact uses EVRI/HERMES. (Everyone knows Evri will lose or steal your parcels). Evri have already informed me that my parcel is lost, that’s how I found out that this seller is making false listings with a massive ROYAL MAIL logo claiming to use Royal Mail. The tracking link provided by the seller goes directly to the EVRI tracking page, saysmy parcel is out for delivery three days ago.. eg lost or stolen
