At PM stores most of our items are preloved, our main aim is to save as many items as possible from going to landfill and offering our customers branded products at a reasonable price. All items are fully tested and cleaned by our skilled team members to ensure all items are at the highest standard to ensure our customers are not left disappointed. Along with all our items being preloved we try to ensure most of our packing supplies are recycled, so if your items arrive in some quirky packaging this will be the reason behind it. Hopefully together we can all make a change and have a small impact on the environment.

    Dyson wand had a dent in it and was not as described. No mention of a dent in the description and no picture of the dent in the listing pictures. The listing pictures unfortunately did not cover the angle where the dent would have been visible. It appears that the dent did not happen in transit & most likely present before it was dispatched because no damage to cardboard packaging. Seller was quick to respond and apologetic saying it was their mistake. Refunded as soon as they recieved it back.
