I didn't order a battery I ordered a string trimmer. I immediately cancelled the order but was told in order to receive the item I ordered I would need to pay another £130 on top. Even after shoeing them a screenshot of the original advert that proved they doctored it the next day they still lied and insisted they were in the right. Before dispatching the item, we contacted you to confirm if you wanted us to send it. We also showed you that the listing includes an option to choose between a battery or a trimmer, each with a different price. At no point did anyone ask you for additional payment. These are false statements aimed at damaging our reputation.
