If this was a new item it was not sealed and there were no packing around item for cushioning. Sorry to leave this information but it is the truth. I will keep item and try to use it. Diane

    I ordered this two months ago. I’ve contacted the seller twice asking about a delivery status and no one responds. I’ve tried to contact eBay about it but eBay says their system is down now more than 4 days ago. I’m unable to get any help I want a refund on my $50 ridiculous that eBay does nothing to help about scammers they put on their website. Beyond infuriating
