There was a slight delay in response to one question however when Delivery company contacted us the night before with a time slot, seller also contacted us to keep us informed.   Sofa looks as described, delivery communication was brilliant and arrived very fast. We’re outside the free delivery area but it was still very reasonably priced at £60 (58 miles away) and they took the sofa straight through to the lounge with no problems. Thanks!

  If I could give 100 stars I would. I began looking at this seller and a little worried given a couple of ingenuine bad feedback but I still went ahead because the feedback was unfair to them as sellers. I messaged back and forth and I was very fussy, the seller was happy and quick to respond, The sofa arrived and it's beautiful, soft, excellent and well worth every single penny.   Sofa is beautiful, very comfortable and true to measurements. Communication with seller was fantastic, quick respond to my 100 questions. Delivery did take longer than expected. Does take longer with the distance being in Scotland as stated but due to weather warnings and not enough deliveries up my end took longer. I waited just over 2 weeks from the dispatch date. Still comes quicker than buying from a sofa company. Would definitely recommend seller and product!
