  A completely different item arrived in the envelope whose label matched the tracking number for my order. It appears the envelope in question, with the wrong item, was perhaps repackaged in the US by CS@orangeconnex for whatever reason. I tried to work with the seller, who ridiculed my claim as "a joke" and accused me of lying about this mix up. I'm honestly taken aback by the seller's poor, rude communication. I've been using eBay for over 25 years and this is up there with the all-time worst.

  the buyer said we send him a necklace,but he buy a blank key for mototcycle. from the picture the buyer send us,the package is the same as our shipping,and we have no the necklace in warehouse as the picture he send us,how can we send him a necklace?who open the package and change the blank key to a necklace?
