Item took a long time to arrive, however the seller communicated well and replied to all my messages. I had ordered two items. When package arrived one item was correct but the other was right size but wrong pattern ( multi choice listing).
Seller has responded by saying they will rectify this situation in some way. Seller is acting correctly.

Good seller, communication was correct at all times. Seller sent the wrong item but I think it was a genuine mistake in the listing of which the seller was unaware. Due to illness I have closed the return as I cannot pack and send at the moment. I am leaving good feedback because I feel this seller is honorable and there was no ulterior motive in the mix up of items.

There was a problem with the delivery company, through no fault of the seller whatsoever. The seller was most helpful in sorting out the problem and communication with the seller was excellent throughout. As for the trousers they are excellent, true to size, great material, and I shall probably be ordering some more in different colours. Both seller and product highly recommended.
