  Seller was good at communicating, which is fortunate, as the item arrived in a broken and useless state, due entirely to the inadequate packaging. A refund was offered once photographic evidence was sent. Had the packaging being suitable, then the quality was probably good enough and reasonable value, but I'll never know as I couldn't use it. I've given positive feedback due to the customer service, not the item or packaging. Lesson learned I hope.

  SELLER Feedback - POSITIVE as immediate return and refund given for defective umbrella, and quick reply to messages (although item was sent back to me by Royal Mail as 'addressee unknown' at address given). PRODUCT Feedback: NEGATIVE as even if the umbrella hadn't arrived broken/defective, it was poor quality and had a terrible smell - measurements in description are accurate rather than the misleading size in the photos.

  The gate arrived damaged, I think because the packaging didn't offer much protection, but also because the retractable gate is made from something that reminds me of slightly thickened cellophane. I think that is the case with all of the similar products around the same price that are on the market, not just from this seller. The seller was good about it and provided a full refund.

  Parcel arrived today 14/07/25, item was ordered and paid for on the 05/07/25, disappointed it took 9 days to arrive. Seller packed item well, courier has squashed the box during the delivery process causing slight creasing to the film. Overall pleased with the purchase, courier service is lousy.

  Second time I've replaced the headband on my headset and this is a great quality replacement. Looks great, just like the picture and, with the exception of the black end pieces, the same as the original headband. Excellent value for money. Arrived quickly and in well-sealed packaging, would return to do business with this seller again.
