    Bought the plate rack only for seller to then message me that the cost of delivery was more than the cost of the rack. About £80 estimated around this. I felt it was a ploy because they accepted a lower price and regretted it. Obviously then sold it soon after for the more money. I didn’t have a good experience with this seller at all and was very disappointed with the fact that postage was used to get me to cancel. I wasn’t well otherwise I would have investigated further whether this was legal

    The courier made a mistake when quoting me for delivery, I advised the customer and they asked to cancel. The item is still up for sale so it was definitely not a ploy to make more money, this is not how I work!
