Tried to resolve this with the seller, after four days of frustrating messaging back and forth, with no resolution or acceptance of being misleading/inaccurate. I was ready to take this matter up with Ebay! Only at that point I was offered and received a full refund. These tofu presses are so cheap, they don't want them back because it would cost more than they're worth.

Possibly adverse weather but Evri didn’t communicate until 17th January (date of delivery). None of this is the seller’s fault, as the item was marked posted on the day of the order, but wanted to let others know. For all the criticism, Royal Mail tracked would have delivered within two days max.

The item did not look like the picture and it was squashed, broken and had bits falling off I tried to resolve this directly, sending lots of photos. I then involved Ebay, the buyer offered a partial refund if I left them positive feedback. 17 emails later I got a full refund. Like I say AVOID AVOID AVOID!
