The item itself is lovely, as described and despatched quickly, and I am very happy with it. However, the box in which it came arrived battered and bashed - fortunately, the contents were unharmed. I strongly suspect this is due to the couriers, Evri, the worst company I have ever had to deal with, but I would recommend the vendors use more robust packaging, especially of they continue to use Evri.

It doesn't look like what it is on the picture but poor catnap was looking like it was dead in a package all in all very soft. Just wish they'll photo the original product rather then on the photo.
