disappointed by the time it took to despatch my item. it took 7 days,I should have received it by the end of day 7. to add to the problem DPD then had trouble finding our house (never been an issue before), and as you took so long to send the item, it was getting close to be received too late. communication was good, once I had contacted you, but it took me to take the initiative. a good company would have kept the customer informed of any delays without any prompts. packaging poor no protection
