  Item as described and in excellent condition, it was good value and I’m delighted with it. However, the delivery company had treated the package appallingly! I’m surprised the contents arrived unscathed. It was clear the seller had carefully packaged my item, but when it arrived the package was ripped open, the contents appeared to have been searched & tied with a rubber band! I hope the seller contacts the delivery company and considers whether to use their services again. Photo attached.

  Thank you so much for making us aware. Royal Mail was the company used, and this is now the 2nd issue we have had with them in as many weeks. we will make a complaint regarding this.
