  Niki ranks up there with THE VERY BEST eBAY Sellers! The Oakwood Post Office was in perfect condition has was the box and it came with no delay, upon opening the little elf was missing. In a message i expressed my disappointment she responded immediately with several solutions one being a refund, feeling my disappointment she went out of her way purchased a little elf off eBay and had it sent right to me.I'm collecting these has a hand me down for my daughter we are both SO GRATEFUL. 5-STARS ;)
