  I ordered and paid for 2 sets of Xmas trains So far only one set has arrived on 4th july. I am still trying to negotiate with supplier for the second set Have sent photos of f the one set received and party of the packing to prove I only received one set Have never been so disappointed I have always been happy with any purchases from EBay

  EBay stuffed up order and sent wrong product. Todate have refused to provide product that was ordered and paid for. Despite numerous attempts to have this matter resolved EBay have now gone silent and I have not heard any response to my last email requesting reply paid envelope so I can send wrong product back now havd I heard if they intend to provide the correct product or provide a full refund. The way EBay has handled my issue is criminal. They have taken my money and not supplied product.
