    The slippers arrived on Saturday morning. I was very disappointed that due to my wide feet these extremely warm looking slippers would not fit my feet. I sent a message to the seller, Carmen, soon after to ask for a refund. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply on Saturday afternoon asking me to return the slippers for a refund. I returned the slippers by post the following Monday. On Thursday carmen issued a refund. Now that is a first class service. I highly recommend this seller.
