    The plastic cups were not the depth stated, the supplier said the correct part number was sent out but said maybe their supplier had altered the size! Advert was 11cm in depth they were only 7 cm. They offered me half of the cost in a refund and keep the small ones instead of return, so thats what we agreed. They were very amicable about it all.

    I never received the item. It was sent by tracked post and I was able to follow it all the way to the nearest main post office, where it disappeared. This was not the seller's fault and heaven knows what Royal Mail were playing at. An attempt at reposting also failed and the seller eventually refunded the full amount. Well, I didn't get the item but I met a seller who is pleasant, courteous and totally honest. That's a worthwhile transaction. Thank you.
