  Multicolour rollers advertised. Only teal rollers arrived with the label stapled down to the plastic packaging so I messaged the buyer to give them a chance to offer a solution, got no response & opened an ebay return request. I posted the unopened rollers back to ebay & the refund is being processed. I messaged the buyer about a small return postal delay & they did reply. Wouldn’t buy again from this buyer due to misleading ad & poor communication.

  Ordered this item and waited 2 weeks with no update on order. Tracking available but showed it had not even been collected by Royal Mail. Contacted seller asking for update and was told it was out of stock and was refunded. No communication from seller after 2 weeks, I had to query why they hadn’t dispatched the order. If an item is out of stock that should be known at point of ordering and buyer informed. Poor customer service.
