Supposed to be cream inside, but it was grey! Really cheap and tacky materials... Very disappointed! Seller told me he would give me a part refund but it never arrived and he started to become rude in messages! Very very disappointed!! AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!
- i***i (1216)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseseriously amazed they survived shipping, i ordered 2. they were shipped in a cheap bubble wrap envelope as seen in photo and got to me intact. usually such ceramic cups are shipped in a plastic box with foam inserts, wrapped in bubble wrap. most of the time the box takes the hit and cracks. Seller needs to be careful and properly pack such items, he might not get this lucky with other buyer

I'm not sure if the listing is misleading or I was at fault, but I contacted the seller who responded promptly and we worked something out that was mutually acceptable. If one measure of a good seller is good communication and willingness to resolve problems I can't complain.

After contacting the seller they just said all their item are like the one they sent. The item advertised is a tall, tote bag, zip pocket inside, measuring the length of the ladies side. The one they sent is definitely not that. They haven't refunded, apologised not have they said they will replace it.
