  When it arrived, I was worried about the fact there wasn't any instructions. The seller and myself had quite a few messages trying to sort out the instructions. When it was sent through it wouldn't open. So it took some time, the seller did suggest a partial refund. But I asked them to try again. Today the instructions finally arrived. The sellers kept on trying to get them to me and eventually succedded.
