I purchased a pair of pants from the seller. My natural size was the size listed on the listing. I purchased the pants and received them via shipment. The pants were smaller than the size listed. I reached out to the seller, whom not only ignored my messages, but did not try to assist. Very disappointed and frustrated. Before you end up like myself, I would urge you to be careful of this seller. Would not list this type of disappointment on anyone else.

Even though I am not obligated to accept returns when the buyer orders the wrong size, I offered this buyer a refund if he returned the pants. Buyer declined. eBay ruled in my favor on this issue. I provided photographs of the size tag, the actual waist measurement, the actual inseam, and the actual leg width in the listing photos. As a seller, I did everything I could do from my end to ensure the buyer had all the information and measurements prior to purchasing.
