    Purchased Hyundai strimmer , item description when purchased Was brand new unopened . Item delivered was heavily scratched and was clearly ex display. Options from seller was replacement parts ( impossible as the engine head was pre attached) then the only option was to organise a return and refund, this meant waiting possibly the whole day for collection and no refund until item was received back. No partial refund offered, deceitful tactic to sell used equipment.
