  Item is exactly as described and shipped fast, unfortunately seller used FedEx who decided to send it via a circuitous almost 1000 mile route that took 5 days when I live 100 miles and 1.5 hrs from the shipping point. Thank God the generator was packed well from the factory as it had been dropped so many times the large bottom Styrofoam tray was in 5 pcs and the top one was also broken.
