item wasn’t good quality and different to the picture advertised on website. The website said the item was 14 cm long. The one I received was 12 cm long and the quality of the plastic was poor. I queried this with the seller and he said it was exactly the same. As the picture it wasn’t. He said it cost him £1.55 to post but it was under 20 g so second-class post would have cost 75p I wouldn’t use this seller again. I took pictures of both items and sent to seller, but he Insisted it was the sam

Seller cancelled order as the Poldark box set didn’t achieve the required price at auction £10.70 . Made excuses that I previously complained regarding the inadequate packaging of another Poldark dvd 2 weeks prior when I paid £24.99 buy it now. This dvd was slightly damaged in transit (a couple of small marks/scuffs). Sadly upon playing this disc today 01/02/24 disc 4 it repeatedly skips/stops. Very unsatisfactory experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
