    Through no fault of this seller, unfortunately the item did not arrive. However they went beyond expectations in trying to rectify the situation and in the end issued a full refund. The fault for the non delivery lies completely with their carrier EVRi who delivered the package to the wrong address and seem unable or unwilling to retrieve or locate it. Personally I would use this seller again as they have conducted themselves in a very professional manner
