Came packaged in a good shipping box but box could have done with more tape on it as the steering rack was pushed through the bottom. Better off phoning to speak with someone as very slow replying to emails. Rack fitted at my local garage and so far working well. Old one put back in the shipping box and was collected ASAP next day after phoning to say it is ready. I would definitely use them again and I fully recommend them to others 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Answering emails very bad, best phone only have to wait half a day to answer it, service otherwise excellent, and packaging two ways good. I have fitted it same day arrived and works fine, hope all is good, on a life time guarantee which sold it to me, its my daughters car, from how easy it was to dismantle, I would say its been done before., would I recommend without doubt, Took excellent service took about 1hr to refit.

I wouldnt say i dont recommend this company but i think you should be willing to pay more then what they have put up the price. For some reason its called recondition your steering rack however i got told i needed a part that they dont recondition. Then when i asked for them to do the job and send me my old parts they said they couldnt because they recondition it to sell it to someone else which is very funny. Be aware this is not just £600 as listed

Hi I assume you didn't read this part of our listing; " If we are unable to rebuild your steering rack because of internal damage or faults that simply cannot be repaired successfully we will try to find a replacement unit for you. This would involve some extra costs but we will advise you of these costs at the time, if you decide not to go ahead with the replacement unit and want us to return your unserviceable unit then we will charge you for the carriage charges and a small testing fee."
