Now I’m stuck having to return it at my own expense because they couldn’t be bothered to respect a simple request. Completely unhelpful, zero regard for buyers. Avoid this seller.

    I am sorry that we were not able to catch your cancellation between the 3 minutes of it coming through and your order being processed.
