Now I’m stuck having to return it at my own expense because they couldn’t be bothered to respect a simple request. Completely unhelpful, zero regard for buyers. Avoid this seller.

    I am sorry that we were not able to catch your cancellation between the 3 minutes of it coming through and your order being processed. Ebay have strict dispatch times which all sellers need to stick to so we try our best to get all orders out ASAP.
