    The item took 6 days to deliver due to there being no postage on the package and a £5 surcharge being applied by Royal Mail which I had to pay before delivery. Ultimately the firm refunded me the £5. Frustrating, inconvenient and somewhat disappointing. Nevertheless the communication was good and the product as described.
