    Very poor when I orderd a hose from these said one available i needed 2 but orderd 1 for the time being. A few days later i got a phone call saying they are waiting for them to arrive, would I like a different colour or refund or wait I said i would wait as I actually wanted 2 in that colour and as a sorry was promised the second one free by sam via a call 3 weeks later 1 arrived. Now saying they can't send one for free well don't say it i could have orderd them elsewhere.
