The nose studs I got were cute, not not what I ordered (hearts instead of stars). They were mislabeled so the seller probably didn't know. I did reach out to let the seller know they made a mistake, but I didn't get a response. Didn't want to return the jewelry (huge hassle) but was hoping maybe for a discount coupon so I could buy the jewelry I actually wanted. I know this was a labeling mistake but I was hoping the seller would do something to make it right, which is why I waited so long to.

I ordered the gold barbell they sent me a rose gold said they would fix it and mail it out. They never responded back to me after I still have not received the item. Very poor customer service I ordered 7 different earrings in 14 gauge and half of them were 16 gauge. Very bad experience with this supplier. I do not recommend.
