The sellers default courier was DHL and their driver was surly and overly officious, refusing to hand over the package unless I complied to his (DHL's?) ridiculous proof-of-delivery condition. The sellers customer service team tried hard and their email responses were quick and professional, arranging for the order to be re-delivered by Evri who managed it quickly, without the drama. The buyer experience includes the sellers courier. Packing good. Product good, but I'll go elsewhere in future.
