I’m really pleased with my purchase. It doesn’t say it in the listing, but the brand of this backpack is “Urban Turtle” which is a great brand which I’ve purchased in the past as their backpacks are high quality. The listing also doesn’t show the front pocket which was something I wanted, but I compromised as it’s a good brand. However to my surprise the backpack does have a front pocket that wasn’t clear from the pictures. This along with the other features is a great product at a great price!

I bought the Ravenclaw Hogwarts mug, I had an issue with the first one I received where it was already broken and the seller sent out another one then the second one came I went to use it and it cracked when I put hot water in. I asked for a refund, I had to wait a day for the seller to get back to me and say they would send a refund soon. They never sent it. When I messaged again they just completely ignored it. Probably a bad product but customer service was very poor.
