  What can I say. My item was delivered but was damaged. The perspex panel was scratched and broken, the wooden case was was dented and snapped. I replied the wood with glue, and ordered a new perspex panel. After talking to Lillie, I negotiated a partial refund of approximately 25%. If the delivery company had been more careful with the packaged item, there wouldn't have been any agg, so boo to them! Thanks Lillie. She was very very helpful A+++++
